This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases and yearly renewals of software licences offered by ArthaMatrix Technologies LLP through arthamatrix.com and arthamatrix.in.
If payment has been successfully made but the licence has not been activated or used, you may request cancellation within 48 hours from the time of payment.
Upon approval, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Renewal is not automatic. You must purchase renewal separately before or after expiry to continue using the software.
A renewal licence, once activated or used, will be subject to the same refund conditions as an initial licence purchase.

The time required for the amount to reflect in your bank account, card or UPI account will depend on the payment gateway and banking system.
Where applicable, a credit note or tax adjustment document will be issued in accordance with GST law.
